My buddy/bro Kyle is staying over and we’re playing Mario Party!

Well, that’s the main single-player of Assassin’s Creed III 100% done. I have to say, as annoying as it could get in places, that was undoubtedly the best AC game yet as far as I’m concerned!

Day 30: Your favorite boss and favorite Metal Gear.

• Favourite boss is a toughie since there’s so many good ones! I’ll just say the REX/RAY battle on MGS4. That was amazing <3
  
  Favourite Metal Gear would probably be REX, although I feel RAY doesn’t get enough love, it is a better machine after all, REX only won cos of Otacon’s program adjustments.

Day 29: Which Snake is best?

• I love Big Boss/Naked Snake and all, but really, Solid Snake will always be number one for me. He did beat (an admittedly aging) Big Boss twice after all :P

Day 26: Is Peacewalker amazing or do you not have it? Either way, is it awesome to you?

• It’s absolutely amazing, and if you’re looking for a Metal Gear game that you can really sink your teeth into and put RPG hours into, that’s the game for you. I have both the PSP version (physical and digital) and the HD Collection version.

Day 25: Did MGS4 make you cry? Do you cry about how you need to play MGS4?

• YES IT DID. The ending did a few times by itself, and some other parts did too.
  I don’t get what the second part means, but I always tell people they should play it!

Day 24: Do you like Old Snake? Explain.

• To begin with I was kinda wary since it was such a huge departure from the MGS2 Snake I love so much, but he really grew on me. I like how he became a total smartass and also was willing to throw himself away for the cause since he was dying anyway. Plus he was still just as badass as ever even with his advanced age!

Day 23: Did you even play MGS4 yet?

• Silly question. Of course I did! It was the reason I got a PS3 to begin with :D

Day 22: What was your favourite thing about MGS4?

• The updated controls and Octocamo. Really streamlined the gameplay and improved things I thought.

Day 21: Who is better out of the three: Mei Ling, Para-Medic, or Rosemary?

• I would go for Paramedic, purely because her radio conversations on MGS3 about the different animals and movies are fucking hilarious!

Day 20: How do you feel about Meryl?

• She’s fucking awesome. I loved how on MGS4 she had become a total badass since MGS1, yet was still the same kind Meryl at heart. I still wish her and Snake had been able to work it out after splitting post MGS1, but I’m glad she ended up with Johnny all the same. But yeah, Meryl’s great, any girl who keeps spare clips inside tanktop is amazing.

Day 19: Do you collect dog tags from boss fights or do you just kill ‘em and go?

• I always get the boss’ dog tags! Every single time.

Day 18: Name a funny moment from MGS (the first one) that most people wouldn’t find hilarious.

• I dunno how many people find it hilarious, but the Mono TV codec call is legitimately one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen in a game!
